I’m really no expert on this stuff, but it seems, according to some investor thing from Shift Up, that Stellar Blade is getting another round before 2027. Honestly, could be 2026, but who knows? Anyway, it’s kind of big news if you ask me, ’cause this game from 2024 – yeah, calling it the best – is getting a sequel. Sweet, right?
So, there’s this presentation, chock-full of tidbits about the company’s health or whatever. But on slide 19, you’ll find this timeline. It’s like… “IP expansion with high visibility,” whatever that means. Seems important, I guess?
There’s like this part in the graph where Stellar Blade is all by itself, with something about “platform expansion” and then a ‘sequel’ bar. What’s even spicier is this thing called “Project Witches.” New IP alert, maybe? All planned before 2027. Looks like Shift Up is riding high on the success of Nikke or whatever and Stellar Blade keeping them on their toes.
Not to brag, but I was rooting for this game from the get-go. Flashback to 2022, Sony’s State of Play, everyone was losing it over God of War Ragnarok, but there I was, like, “Hmm, Project Eve seems intriguing.” Honestly didn’t see it becoming such a hit or having a killer soundtrack. Go figure.
I’m pumped for the sequel, but how about you? Curious about Eve’s next chapter? Wonder which ending gets the nod as canon. Share your thoughts below!
