Here’s my take, going all over the place with my thoughts—because that’s how it happened in my head.

Oh man, so this week was kind of like… not busy, but also too much. You know, the kind of week where Monday feels like two weeks ago by Wednesday? Anyway, guess what? Gradius is back—or should I say it’s got its “Origins” kicking off again. Lasers and final bosses, like some kind of weird futuristic throwback. Not sure if that makes sense. But hey, that’s video games for you, right? Oh, and there’s something about NES Pro Wrestling. I wasn’t really paying close attention.
Then there’s this remake of something called The House of the Dead 2… Forever Entertainment? Sounds risky. And Demon Slayer? Anime fans rejoice, I guess. Plus, that Fate/Hollow Ataraxia thing. A bit fancy for my taste, honestly.
Oh, the smaller headlines didn’t miss out either. The Edge of Allegoria? Honestly, it weirdly reminds me of Pokémon RBY, just like in HD… can that even be right? Meanwhile, there’s something from Team17 about Ritual of Raven? My brain couldn’t keep track. Not sure if I’m still talking about games or just my chaotic life.
Oh, what about last week! I missed that Partner Showcase. Wasn’t expecting fireworks, but hey, I got Chillin’ By The Fire instead. Bet Saga reveals are lurking somewhere. Sorry Square Enix—it’s all a blur now. Something about Harvest Moons popping back on Switch too. Field Day nostalgia for Taito? Perhaps.
The one big question though: Can you play that EggConsole game without Japanese? I’d say yes? Or maybe not if it gets verbose. Like, seriously, who knows.
Let’s switch gears to the games available in North America. Did I hear you say Demon Slayer? It’s a hefty $59.99. Look out Gradius, coming with a mini price hike. Fate? Yeah, it’s out there on a Wednesday. The House of the Dead 2—making a comeback like an old rock band. Lesser prices but, oh well. Fitness Adventure Pro? Sounds sweaty.
Others popping up outta nowhere: The Edge of Allegoria (who named this?), Turbo Kid (catchy, right?), Ritual of Raven, Fruitbus (this can’t be a typo, nope), Radiant: Guardians of Light… feels like I’m drowning in names.
I lost track then, just a lot of things, priced from high to “uh, why?”. Yarn Guardians, Turbo Kid, Sneaky Claws—the list doesn’t end! By Friday we’ve got Toree Saturn, or jump ahead to Mystery Hotel with its Hidden Objects. Case Records on Friday—solving mysteries on a budget, maybe?
Europe and Japan had their own surprises. Repeat the same madness with regional tweaks. Euro here, yen there. The only constant: a swirl of bewildering game titles.
Is it all indexable? I guess. But did we manage chaos? 100%.

That’s that—a dive into my chaotic head. Enjoy the mess!
