Launching in 2024, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl is the fourth chapter in a series that started with a trio of releases between 2007 and 2009. Despite its rocky development—largely due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, home to the developer—the game turned into a blockbuster hit, selling over a million copies in just two days.
