Nintendo Downloads for August 14, 2025 (North America)

Well, well, well, what do we have here? Another week, another chunky Nintendo eShop update for North America. Seriously though, I almost spilled my coffee when I saw the lineup. New games for the Nintendo Switch 2 and the classic Switch hit us like a freight train—plus, there’s a bunch of discounts to sink our teeth into. I mean, who doesn’t love a good deal, right? Anyway, let’s dive in, shall we? Or maybe not, we’ll see.

Alright, I’ll just get right to it—there are some killer deals this week, and they’re practically screaming for attention. Hop over to Nintendo’s official site, if you dare, and try not to empty your wallet. I’m serious, it’s a real danger.

Nintendo Switch 2 Games Out This Week

So, Switch 2 games. We’re not talking about your old Game Boy stuff here. Nope, here are a couple that caught my eye – or was it the other way around?

• Drag X Drive – Not even gonna lie, no idea what this is. But drag racing? Count me in.
• EA Sports Madden NFL 26 – Football fans rejoice. Throw on those virtual helmets.

Nintendo Switch Games Out This Week

Here’s where things get really wild. The list is long, kinda like a grocery list that just keeps growing. Here goes nothing:

• 1989 After the War (out Friday, 15 August) – Does it involve time travel? I hope it involves time travel.
• Bendy: Lone Wolf (also out Friday, 15 August) – Sounds like the start of a noir flick, doesn’t it?
• Bubble Wizard IV Saga – Is this the fourth one already? Who’s keeping track?
• Bunkers 1944 FPS (out Friday, 15 August) – Imagine the adrenaline of a real FPS—my palms are sweaty just thinking about it.
• Camp Life: Wilderness Survival 2025 (also Friday) – I’ve had enough of real camping, how about you?
• Cats in Cozy Rooms (same Friday) – Imagine a game about cats. Cozy ones. You’re welcome.
• CORE.SYS (out Wednesday, 20 August) – Sounds like sci-fi, but what do I know?
