Alright, so here we go with Lost Twins 2 from PlayDew. It’s one of those cute little puzzle adventures, and yeah, it’s single-player or you can try it with a buddy, co-op style. You’re running around with two characters. Yeah, twins. Obviously. It’s Abi and Ben, on this kind of magical quest. The big question? Are they heading home or just getting lost in some mystical mayhem? I mean, honestly, the game looks and feels like something Ghibli would’ve dreamt up in its animated glory.
So, you kick off the adventure and you’re using the left analog stick or, if you’re old school, the D-Pad to run around. Jump with X. Want to swap between Abi and Ben? Hit L2. The fun twist? R2 lets you zoom out and, wait for it, rearrange the level’s segments to make new paths. It’s simple but surprisingly cool.
And for all you trophy hunters out there, it’s got a full list. Platinum trophy included. Yep. There’s like 24 Bronze, 11 Silver, and 4 Golds. You start by finishing the tutorial. Then level up! Do specific things like completing levels with restrictions. Like, Abi’s gotta lead the way for 3-1, or snag all feathers in 7-1. Oh, and snagging 12 crystals by doing some rope-jumping madness. Try completing it in one go. Seriously.
Those twins… Abi and Ben, trying hard to find their way home, led by some mystical creature, Fenghuang. Is it helping or just making them more lost? Who knows. Again, shouting out that Studio Ghibli vibe. You’ll get it.
New game elements keep popping up, just when you need them. Like rocks to roll—or those boxes you end up pushing. Gates open and close on timers, and energy walls drop when hit with a switch or if you place something on it. Gather feathers, unlock concept art, and bam, you’re aiming for 100% completion. It’s out now on PS5.
