Games Should Offer Options to Skip Boss Fights and Other Gaming Views

I’m supposed to talk about this GTA VI trailer, right? So, yeah, I saw it the other day—like, literally everyone else—and it got me thinking. Sorry, I tend to do that. Anyway, Lucia and Jason, the main duo here, made quite the impression. The setting’s all Florida-esque with palm trees swaying like they’re in a constant dance-off with the wind. There’s a bit where Jason’s behind the wheel, jamming to “Everybody Have Fun Tonight.” Airplane flies overhead and I’m thinking, “This feels like a late ‘80s music video.” Not sure why, but it stuck.

And here’s the kicker—people on social media all fussed about how there’s no gameplay in the trailer. They’re acting like it’s the end of the world or something. I get it, you wanna see if it’s fun to play. But honestly, for me, it’s all about the feels, man. The story, the world they build—that’s the magic. It’s like, Rockstar can nail gameplay with their eyes closed at this point, right? Worst-case scenario, we get sucked into this killer world and maybe the gameplay is just decent. But, hey, I’m still diving in headfirst.
