Sure thing, let’s dive in. So, Xur’s popped back up in Destiny 2, a fresh stash of gear in tow. Just for a bit though, so you gotta be quick. And — oh! — there’s that big intrigue lingering around the Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate expansion. Feels like we’re on the brink of finding out the cosmic destiny here (pun intended!) when Bungie spills all the beans soon.
Now, they’re kind of teasing us with hints about what’s next. Like, they’re planning some tweaks, not the least making the Redrix’s Estoc pulse rifle play just right. Because, let’s be honest, it’s been a bit off.
Anyway — wait, no — I should tell you Xur’s settled at The Tower, over in the Bazaar. I mean, it used to be a whole thing, hunting him down. But now, not so much. Just drop in near Ikora and Hawthorne. Oh, and check by the Ramen Shop. Weirdly, never tried that place, but now it feels significant.
Daily quests still there, classic Xur. Knock out some strikes or gambit matches and you’re in for some nice gear, possibly a fresh cipher along the way. Worth teaming up with the clan mates for bonus vibes.
Looking for something decent in Warlock gauntlets? Aeon Soul’s a thing but, hmm, not exactly a game-changer. I mean, stats are alright but—well, don’t hold your breath. Warlock life, am I right?
Same mixed feelings with the Hunter’s Khepri’s Sting. Good impact, gives you a good swing in PvP, if that’s your jam. Stats aren’t the best but hey, can’t always win ‘em all.
And for Titans, Antaeus Wards is there, looking all sleek. But man, it’s situational. You like reflecting projectiles? Go for it. Otherwise? Meh.
Xur’s haul’s not all armor though. There’s Hawkmoon, Vigilance Wing, Wavesplitter, and Black Talon if weapons are more your speed. You know, it feels like a gear buffet — take what you like, leave what you don’t.
Oh, and before we forget, there’s this whole lineup of legendary shinies too. Thirty Legendary Shards and a thousand Glimmer, and you’re set. A Nightshade or a Dire Promise? It’s there for the taking.
So, that’s the lowdown for now. Dive in, gear up, and maybe Xur will surprise us again next time. Happy hunting, Guardians!
