But like, not all stores. Yet.
So, you’ve got this Xbox Insiders thing. Didn’t even know that was a thing till now. They’re getting to test it out first — lucky them, right? And it’s gonna be a thing for these new gadgets, ROG Xbox Ally or something like that, later this year.
Right now, it’s like Battle.net, EA, and Riot Games (kind of cheating since they’re sorta already there with Game Pass) are in on it. Makes you wonder, though, if Steam, Epic, GoG, and the other big names aren’t scratching their heads, figuring out what they’re missing. Like, are they too cool for school or what?
But picture this – if they all jump in, PC gamers are gonna have it made. Everything in one place. Console players are like, “What’s taken so long?” They’ve been doing this forever. Sure, GoG Galaxy does this too, but putting it all in one basket with the Xbox app would be slick because it’s right with Windows 11. Like, booyah, there’s no thinking required.
